The Coal Mine Cable Load Combustion Tester is a state-of-the-art
device designed to evaluate the flame-retardant properties of
cables used in coal mines. This tester adheres to the MT818-2009
and MT386-2011 standards, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
With a load current range of 10-3000A and a combustion chamber size
of 1100x500x900mm, this equipment is perfect for testing cables
under high-current conditions. The automatic high-voltage
electronic ignition and K-type thermocouple ensure precise

1. Modular design
The equipment adopts modular design, which is divided into
combustion box, electric control box and load box. It has a compact
structure and is easy to install and maintain. The size of the
combustion box is 1100mm×500mm×900mm, and the size of the load box
is 400mm×600mm×1000mm.
2. Automatic ignition and timing function
Equipped with an automatic high-voltage electronic ignition system
to ensure a fast and accurate ignition process. The equipment
supports combustion timing (0.01-99.99 seconds) and continuation
timing (1-9999 seconds), which users can flexibly set according to
test requirements.
3. Temperature monitoring and alarm
Built-in K-type thermocouple thermometer, the temperature
measurement range can reach 0-1200℃.
4. Exhaust system
After the test, the equipment is equipped with a manual exhaust
device to promptly exhaust the harmful gases generated by
combustion to ensure the safety of the operator.
5. Pneumatic clamp
The cable is fixed with a pneumatic clamp to ensure the stability
of the cable during the test and avoid affecting the test results
due to looseness.
6. High-precision current regulation
The equipment supports load current regulation of 10-3000A, meeting
the test requirements of cables of different specifications and
ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
7. Flame height adjustment
The flame height of the blowtorch can be precisely adjusted, the
inner flame height is 75±5mm, and the outer flame height is
125±10mm.
