ISO 1182 Non-combustibility Tester Product Introduction:

The building material non-combustibility tester can test the non-combustibility of the main components of homogeneous building products and non-homogeneous building products under specific conditions. This instrument belongs to the building combustion performance classification test instrument. When the equipment is at a furnace temperature of (750±5)℃, a modular temperature controller is used to measure accurate test results. Then the grade of the sample is judged according to the A grade (homogeneous material) specified in "GB/T 8624-2012 Classification of Combustion Performance of Building Materials and Products".

1. The heating furnace shell, bracket, airflow cover and test bracket of the building material non-combustibility test machine are all made of stainless steel, with beautiful shape, smooth lines, corrosion resistance, anti-aging and durability.
2. The shell of the electrical box adopts the spraying method, which is what we often call the electrostatic powder spraying method, so that the appearance quality of the chassis is excellent, the mechanical strength is strong, and it is corrosion-resistant and rust-free.
3. The electric spiral lift can be operated by one person during the test, which greatly saves manpower and time. The integrated design of the bracket and the heating furnace increases the stability of the lifting rod, and the position of the test piece into the heating furnace is accurate.
4. The refractory tube with electric heating coils in the heating furnace is covered with an insulation layer on the outside, so that the outer wall will not produce high temperature due to the increase in the temperature in the furnace during the test, which increases the safety performance of the equipment.
5. An observation mirror is set directly above the equipment to conveniently and quickly observe the progress of the sample in the furnace.
6. There is an 80mm×120mm gate design at the bottom of the flow screen in the test equipment. During the test, the sample residue drips to the bottom of the equipment, which can be directly taken out from the gate to facilitate the calculation of the mass loss rate of the test piece.
7. There are many types of host computers for the test equipment, one is a computer control interface, and the other is a human-machine touch screen interface. Users can choose to use it according to their needs.
8. The host computer is automatically controlled, the test automation level is high, "next operation information prompt", and various data and curves during the test are printed.
9. Control system: The control core adopts the integrated design of imported Omron PLC and temperature expansion module, which can effectively reduce interference and improve equipment stability. 12. The software interface is friendly and easy to operate. The control software uses Visual Basic 6.0 to write the interface and fully automatically control the operation of the equipment.
