ISO 4589-3 High Temperature Oxygen Index Testing Equipment

Introduction:

The high temperature oxygen index tester is based on the ordinary intelligent oxygen index tester. An electric heating device is added to the combustion tube to preheat the mixed gas, and the ignition temperature of different materials under a certain oxygen concentration is tested. Combining PLC-driven precision and a 1000W heating system, it ensures compliance with ISO 4589-3 for plastics, films, and textiles. The system’s auto-calibration, real-time data tracking, and fail-safe mechanisms make it a top choice for high-throughput labs and industrial quality assurance teams.

• Equipped with nitrogen and oxygen mass flow controllers imported from Japan, accurately control gas flow, accuracy of 0.01L/min (different from float flowmeters that require manual adjustment of oxygen and nitrogen flow).

• Patented gas flow mixing control unit, equipped with nitrogen and oxygen mass flow controllers, accurately controls gas flow.

• After the screen sets the oxygen concentration, the PLC LCD touch screen control system automatically adjusts the oxygen concentration according to the set value. Accurate control and convenient.

• Patented gas mixing chamber ensures more accurate oxygen concentration measurement and more complete mixing of oxygen and nitrogen;
