Bunched Cable Vertical Combustion Tester Product Description:

The bundled cable combustion test system is designed and developed in strict accordance with the international standard IEC 60332-3-25 "Vertical flame spread test of cables under flame conditions - test method for vertical arrangement of bundled cables". It is specially used to evaluate the flame retardant performance and longitudinal flame diffusion characteristics of various types of vertically laid power cables, communication cables and optical fiber composite cables under the action of standard fire sources. As a key testing equipment in the cable industry, the system can accurately simulate fire conditions in multiple scenarios. It is a core test device for testing the fire safety performance of bundled laying products such as communication cables, rail transit cables, and flame-retardant cables for construction, providing an important technical basis for cable flame retardant grade certification.

Bunched Cable Vertical Combustion Tester Technical Parameters:

• Internal Dimensions of Stainless Steel Test Chamber: 1,000(W) * 2,000(D) * 4,000(H)mm, supplemented with insulating mineral wool material.
• At the lower section of the test chamber, there is an 800(W) * 400(D) sized hole at the 150mm position from the front side of the chamber to supply the air.

• The upper part of the sample steel ladder is equipped with an automatic hoisting device.

Use environment requirements:

● The site plane must be solid, flat and waterproof;
● The site floor height must not be less than 6 meters, and the space is recommended to be 6*7 meters;
● Ambient temperature: between 5℃ and 35℃;
● Air pressure: one atmosphere;
● There are no flammable and explosive objects or combustion-supporting objects in the site;
● The gas and water sources supplied by the instrument can be quickly cut off, and the location is clearly marked;
● The ambient wind speed is less than 8m/s;
