Designed and manufactured in accordance with the ISO 15025 standard for flame testing of protective clothing, the Protective Clothing Flame Spread Tester measures the flame spread of protective clothing under the impact of a small flame. This specialized instrument is primarily used to simulate the flame spread performance of protective clothing when assessing the fire hazard of the garment. It is used to determine the fire hazard of fabrics and other flammable materials with similar functional uses.
