1. Equipment Overview

45-degree flame spread rate burning test machine is used to measure the burning rate, afterflame time, and self-extinguishing properties of flexible or thin specimens such as plastics, textiles, and automotive interior materials at a specific inclination angle (45°). This equipment assesses the flame retardancy of these materials and is widely used in quality control and R&D testing in the automotive, aviation, electronics, and building materials industries.

• Equipped with a standard custom brush assembly, all made of stainless steel; the brushes apply 150g of pressure to the specimen.
• Each brush cluster contains 20 pieces, 0.41 mm in diameter, with four clusters every 25 mm and a length of 19 mm.
• Custom stainless steel 16mm flame height scale.
• 4-1/4" stainless steel injection needle.
